M M M <br />WHEREAS, the Firefighters have demonstrated their <br />competence to conduct such a fair or exposition for the <br />benefit of the County for the past two years; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the County and the Firefighters <br />agree as follows: <br />1. The County will apply to -the State of Florida, <br />Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Bureau of <br />Fairs and Expositions for a fair permit to conduct a County <br />fair for calendar year 1987. <br />2. Ifa permit for a County fair is issued by the <br />State to the County, the Firefighters shall manage the fair <br />in 1987 for the County in accordance with Chapter 616, <br />Florida Statutes, and the terms and conditions set forth in <br />this agreement, and the Firefighters may include their name <br />with the County fair. <br />3. The Firefighters will arrange all contracts <br />for amusements, entertainment and exhibits. <br />4. The Firefighters will provide temporary <br />structures and shelters for the fair and provide volunteer <br />and other help to man the fair. <br />5. The Firefighters will provide electricity and <br />pay all electric and other utilities bills for the fair. <br />6. The Firefighters will provide adequate <br />security for the fair and will provide sufficient volunteers <br />or paid security guards to maintain crowd control at all <br />times while the fair is underway. <br />7. The Firefighters will pay all fees and costs <br />necessary to conduct the fair and will maintain records in <br />accordance with sound accounting practices and procedures <br />showing all costs, expenses, as well as all receipts and <br />proceeds from the fair. <br />8. The Firefighters will provide, in addition to <br />fire insurance, liability insurance coverage in an amount of <br />not less than $200,000.00 per individual injury, and <br />43 <br />FEB 3 <br />/� 1 p jam® <br />�� r 7 Bou.
