FEB 10 1937 <br />BOOK 67 u,iF P <br />Jeffrey Barton, Assistant Director of Utilities, explained <br />that this is the second public hearing on these preliminary <br />assessment rolls, and if they are approved today, the project <br />will proceed. Once the projects are completed and they have all <br />the final accounting numbers, they will come back in with the <br />final assessment roll so that the exact amount can be billed to <br />the owners of property involved.
