She noted that it is very hard <br />to find a suitable location, especially as most people are not <br />enthusiastic about having such a facility in their neighborhood. <br />Commissioner Bowman felt we must be careful about getting <br />something large enough because she believed we will have it <br />outgrown in a hurry. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously requested the <br />Planning Department to present to the Board as quickly <br />as possible an amendment to the General Commercial <br />District allowing this type residential center as a <br />special exception. <br />TREES FROM URBAN_ REVITALIZATION PROGRAM <br />Commissioner Eggert reviewed the following memo: <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Carolyn K.
