"Tommy" ''Hofn , it ctor <br />Intergovernmental Relations <br />DATE: February 23, 1981 <br />I have had several discussions with Mr. and Mrs. Lier <br />relative to property in Government Lot 6, North of Wabasso <br />Estates on the West side of AlA. The Lier's gave us a 100 feet <br />of beachfront property, which is on the South end of the Bell <br />Road Park property. Now they would like to exchange their 100 <br />foot lot on the West side of AlA, as shown on the attached map, <br />for 150 feet of land located on the North end of our Park <br />property on the West side of AlA. <br />The reason they would like to make this exchange is because <br />they only use this property for access to their groves West of <br />said property. <br />It is obvious that we will be receiving much more property <br />than we are giving up.
