MAR 2 41987 BOOK F F,r{ )F. 7'4 <br />Commissioner Bird wished to see us start working on the <br />backlog, but felt we need a more complete picture of the <br />financing, etc., and suggested that staff bring a recommendation <br />that we do so many projects, what they will cost, and the time it <br />will take to complete them. <br />Director Davis suggested that staff take 20 projects to the <br />Board the first time around. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 87-27, providing for certain paving and <br />drainage improvements on 98th Avenue south of SR -60. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 87-28, providing for certain paving and <br />drainage improvements to 5th Street SW from 82nd Avenue <br />to Aerodrome Subdivision; providing the total estimated <br />cost, method of payment of assessments, etc.; approved <br />the request by Mr. Kaiser to add approximately 8 lots <br />to the assessment roll that are under the ownership of <br />developer William Kaiser and his associates, and <br />remove 15 lots from the Aerodrome assessment roil; and <br />assessed the grove owner for 7 lots, rather than accept <br />a right-of-way donation. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 87-29, providing for certain paving and <br />drainage improvements to 40th Avenue from 6th Street <br />to 8th Street. <br />75 <br />
