Any cost for such clearing would be assessed as a lien on the property, and the owner has a right to appeal that to the Board of County Commissioners. The reason for this is that the Code Enforcement Board does not have the authority to hear such appeals or to order positive work. The Code Enforcement Board can only place a lien on the person's 87
