Any cost for such clearing would be <br />assessed as a lien on the property, and the owner has a right to <br />appeal that to the Board of County Commissioners. The reason for <br />this is that the Code Enforcement Board does not have the <br />authority to hear such appeals or to order positive work. The <br />Code Enforcement Board can only place a lien on the person's <br />87 <br />
