The final cost and preliminary estimate for the work was: Final Cost/FF Prelim. Const/FF Final Cost Prelim. Est 77th Court $9.1909 $9.7008 $8,876.12 $9,375.51 All construction cost are under the original estimate. The Final Assessment Roll has been prepared and is ready to be delivered to the Clerk to the Board. Assessments are to be paid within 90 days or in two equal installments, the first to be made twelve months from the due date and the second to be made twenty-four months from the due date at an interest rate of 12% established by the Board of County Commission- ers. The due date is 90 days after the final determination of the special assessments. ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS Since the final assessment to the benefited owners will be less than -computed on the preliminary assessment rolls, the only alternative presented is to approve the final assessment rolls. 30
