Terry <br />Civil Engineer REFERENCES. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The paving of 77th Court South of Roseland Road is.complete. The <br />final cost and preliminary estimate for the work was: <br />Final Cost/FF Prelim. Const/FF Final Cost Prelim. Est <br />77th Court $9.1909 $9.7008 $8,876.12 $9,375.51 <br />All construction cost are under the original estimate. The Final <br />Assessment Roll has been prepared and is ready to be delivered to the <br />Clerk to the Board. Assessments are to be paid within 90 days or in <br />two equal installments, the first to be made twelve months from the due <br />date and the second to be made twenty-four months from the due date at <br />an interest rate of 12% established by the Board of County Commission- <br />ers. The due date is 90 days after the final determination of the <br />special assessments. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Since the final assessment to the benefited owners will be less <br />than -computed on the preliminary assessment rolls, the only alternative <br />presented is to approve the final assessment rolls. <br />30 <br />
