NOTICE OF TERMINATION <br />OF <br />OPTION AGREEMENT <br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS THAT: <br />1. GOLDEN SANDS INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Florida <br />corporation, owner of the real property described on Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein, together with <br />all easements and rights appurtenant thereto (the <br />"Property"), has for good and valuable consideration entered <br />into a contract for the sale and purchase of real property <br />dated the 9th day of June., 1983, between Golden Sands <br />International, Inc. as SELLER, and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a <br />political subdivision of the state of Florida, as BUYER, <br />("Contract") whereunder Indian River County has been granted <br />an option to purchase the Property, notice of said Contract <br />was evidenced in that certain Memorandum of Option to <br />Purchase recorded in 0. R. Book 666, Page 2898, of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />2.
