S. <br />to require the State, rather <br />than the Counties, to pay such <br />compensation and costs, and <br />creating subsection (3) of <br />Section 925.036 to provide <br />that the State shall pay the <br />compensation and costs of <br />counsel appointed pursuant to <br />Sections 27.53 and 925.035, <br />F. S. from funds appropriated <br />to the Supreme Court for that <br />purpose. <br />Be it enacted by the Legislature of the <br />State of Florida: <br />Section 1: Subsection (6) of Section 925.033 <br />F. S. is amended to read: <br />925.033(6) All compensation and costs provided <br />for in this section, except as provided in subsection f43 - <br />shall be paid by the county state in which the tr=ai is <br />geld unless the trial was moved to that county on the <br />ground that a fair and +mpartial trial c:u ? ncL <br />held in another county,- in which event the compensation <br />and coats small be paid by the original county from Which <br />the cause was removed. <br />Section 2: Subsection (3) of Section 925.036, <br />F. S. is created to read: <br />925.036(3). The state shall pay the compensation <br />and costs of attorneys appointed pursuant to s. 27.53 or <br />s.925.035 from funds appropriated to the Supreme Court <br />for that purpose. <br />Section 3: This Act shall take effect on July <br />1, 1987. <br />97 BOOK f't1.�r l4 <br />J <br />
