Create six Phase I positions for inside security <br />Officers <br />3. Create two Phase I positions for visitation/outside <br />guarding details <br />4. Be prepared to hire three Control Room operators. <br />This single post is now being staffed by two posi- <br />tions. I have not been able to determine if this <br />situation is caused by overcrowding. <br />5. Immediately begin the construction process for Phase <br />III. It would appear that this facility will need <br />to be for Maximum/Medimum custody prisoners <br />6.
