A F R 2 8 1997 <br />BOOP( 68 DGUE 1 i 9 <br />(2) The official staffing is certified at the <br />39 positions as shown in the staffing plan. <br />Transportation will be handled by the <br />sheriff as agreed upon on October 1, 1984. <br />Department of Corrections approval is <br />required prior to either reducing this <br />staffing or assigning duties requiring <br />staff to leave housing areas uncovered. <br />(3) The facility must meet the requirements <br />of the State Fire Marshal's office at all <br />times. <br />This is your certification of compliance with <br />Chapter 33-8, Florida Administrative Code, for this <br />facility.
