Fr'— <br />APP 2 1937 <br />BOOK 68 PaEE A87 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the Division of Utility Services to proceed <br />with design and necessary paperwork to complete the <br />processing for federal funding for the Rockridge sewer <br />project, as recommended by staff; initial funding, <br />until accepted, to come from impact fees. <br />WORK AUTHORIZATION NUMBER 4 <br />PROJECT: ROCKRIDGE SEWER SYSTEM <br />This Work Authorization is provided for in the Agreement for Professional <br />Services by and between Indian River County, Florida, and Camp Dresser & <br />McKee Inc., approved by the Board of County Commissioners on June 5, 1985. <br />Work Authorization No. 4 provides for design and construction services in <br />accordance with Articles 4 and 5 as more specifically described in the <br />attached Scope of Work. <br />Payment for such services shall be in accordance with Articles 8A and 8d <br />with an upper limit budget amount of $122,600.
