STURGIS SUBJECT <br />PROPERTY: LOTS 4 & 5 <br />CHERRY LANE MANOR SUB- <br />DIVISION <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of May 5, 1987. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Charles H. and Gayle B. <br />Sturgis, owners of the subject property, for the release of the <br />common three (3) foot side lot utility and drainage easements <br />of Lots 4 & 5, being the southerly three (3) feet of Lot 4, and <br />the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 5, Cherry Lane Manor Sub- <br />division, Section 32, Township 32, Range 39 East, Indian River <br />County, Florida; according to the Plat thereof as recorded in <br />the Official Record Book 4, Page 77. It is the petitioner's <br />intention to construct a residential addition and a swimming <br />pool, and an associated fenced enclosure; the release of <br />easement is requested in an effort to satisfy zoning regula- <br />tions requiring a pool to be setback five (5) feet from any <br />easement. <br />The current zoning classification is RS -3, Single -Family <br />Residential District.
