MAY 5 1987 <br />BOOK 68 H.cE214 <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell Telephone, Vero <br />Beach Power Company, Indian River Cablevision Corporation, and <br />the Indian River County Utility and Right -of -Way Departments. <br />Based upon their reviews, there were no objections to the <br />release of the easements. Staff analysis indicates that <br />drainage would still be adequately handled on-site. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends to the Board, through adoption of a resolu- <br />tion, the release of the common three (3) foot side lot utility <br />and drainage easements of Lots 4 and 5, being the southerly <br />three (3) feet of Lot 4, and the northerly three (3) feet of <br />Lot 5, Cherry Lane Manor Subdivision, Section 32, Township 32, <br />Range 39 East, Plat Book 4, Page 77, of the Public records of <br />Indian River County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 87-42 releasing the common three foot <br />side lot utility and drainage easements of Lots 4 <br />and 5 Cherry Lane Manor Subdv. as requested by <br />Charles and Gayle Sturgis. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-42 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN <br />EASEMENTS IN THE Cherry Lane Manor <br />Subdivision, Lots 4 and 5 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as <br />described below, and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves <br />no public purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian <br />River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero <br />Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Charles H. and Gayle B. <br />Sturgis whose mailing address is 3215 62nd Court, Vero <br />4 <br />
