Keats g, A SUBJECT: LITTLE HARBOUR SUBDIVISION <br />Planning & Development Director <br />FROM: Stan Boling .4. 5 • REFERENCES:. little harbour <br />Chief, Current Development STAN2 L, <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of May 26, 1987. <br />DESCRIPTION & CONDITIONS: <br />Little Harbour is an 18 lot subdivision of a ±18.422 acre parcel <br />located on the west side of S.R. A -1-A immediately south of <br />Castaway Cove Wave II. On September 11, 1986 the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approved the preliminary plat for the subdivi- <br />sion. On March 8, 1987 the Board of County Commissioners voted to <br />accept an $8,$00.00 donation to the park development fund in lieu <br />of requiring a 15' wide public access easement across the site to <br />the river. The applicant, Dale Sorenson, acting as the agent for <br />the owners, Ambrit Development Corp. and Blue Ridge Transporta- <br />tion, Inc., is now requesting final plat approval -and has submit- <br />ted the following: <br />1. a final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary <br />plat; -- <br />2. a certified cost estimate for construction of all required <br />subdivision improvements; <br />3. a contract for construction of required improvements; <br />4. a letter of credit guaranteeing the construction contract; <br />and <br />5. a check in the amount of $8,800.00 to satisfy the public <br />access requirement. <br />4 <br />
