ANALYSIS: <br />The County public works department and the City of Vero Beach <br />utilities department have verified that the submitted certified <br />cost estimate is adequate. The County Attorney's office has <br />approved the submitted construction contract and the submitted <br />letter sof credit. All applicable requirements regarding "bond- <br />ing -out for final plat approval have been satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval for Little Harbour Subdivision, accept the <br />submitted letter of credit, and authorize the Chairman to execute <br />the submitted contract for construction of required improvements. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />granted final plat approval for Little Harbour <br />Subdivision, accepted the submitted letter of credit, <br />and authorized the Chairman to execute the submitted <br />contract for construction of required improvements, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />E.
