BARTON <br />ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PAYMENT GRAVITY SEWER PROJECT <br />11TH STREET & 7TH COURT <br />BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS <br />Collee Mechanical, Inc. entered into a contract with Indian River <br />County Utilities to construct a gravity sewer line at 11th Street and <br />7th Court in the amount of $75,116.00. <br />The work has been completed and is satisfactory per the attached Letter <br />- of Transmittal from our engineers, Masteller & Moler Associates, Inc. <br />The staff of the Division of Utility Services recommends to the Board <br />of County Commissioners to accept the work and authorize final payment <br />of $7,511.60 for Indian River County Utilities Project No. UW86-17-CS <br />with funding from Account #471-000-169-035.00. <br />ON MOTION BY Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously accepted the <br />work done on the 11th Street 6 7th Court Gravity <br />Sewer project and authorized final payment to Collee <br />Mechanical, Inc., of $7,511.60 as recommended by <br />our engineers, Masteller & Moler Assoc. <br />4 _ 6 <br />
