Consulting engineering design services relative to construction of
<br />approximately 26,000 linear feet of 20" diameter water main from Kings
<br />Highway and Route #60, north along Kings Highway to Lindsey Road and east
<br />along Lindsey Road from Kings Highway to 28th Court. Project shall also
<br />include construction of 4,750 linear feet of 16" diameter water main.from
<br />Kings Highway east along South Gifford Road for connection to the
<br />existing 8" diameter line west of 43rd Avenue and 1,850 linear feet of
<br />12" diameter water main from Lindsey Road south along 43rd Avenue for
<br />connection to the existing 6" diameter water main termination. The
<br />project will include construction of fire hydrants, valves, canal
<br />crossings and appurtenances. Construction cost estimate for the project,
<br />including 10% contingency, is 51,316,000.00. _

<br />Title: 20" Diameter Potable Water main on Kings Highway north of
<br />Lindsey Road to South Winter Beach Road.
<br />Consulting engineering design services relative to construction of
<br />approximately 13,700 linear feet of 20" diameter water main from Kings
<br />Highway and Lindsey Road north along Kings Highway to the intersection of
<br />South Winter Beach Road. The project will also include construction of
<br />fire hydrants,' valves, canal crossings and appurtenances. Construction
<br />cost estimate for the project, including 10% contingency, is $563,600.00.
<br />II. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND LUMP SUM FEE FOR SERVICES
<br />Reference is made to the "Agreement for Professional Services" dated July
<br />2, 1986, and specific Article numbers and paragraph numbers which are
<br />listed hereunder to describe the scope of services included on this
<br />project.

<br />B. General Services During Construction per Article 5, Paragraph Sa. and
<br />5b.
<br />C. Supplementary and Soecial Services per Article 6, Paragraph
<br />6c.,6d.,6e.,6f., and 6g. In addition, our services shall include field
<br />surveys necessary for design and preparation of construction plans and
<br />assistance to the County in obtaining verious permits and approvals for
<br />construction (permit fees to be paid by the County).
