Ke t g, P SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR <br />Community Development Division OAKRIDGE UNIT 2 SUBDIVISION <br />Director <br />f <br />FROM: Stan Boling A0 REFERENCES: oakridge _ <br />Chief, Current Development STAN2 ` <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by. the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of July 21, 1987. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Oakridge Unit 2 is a 23 lot subdivision of. a ±9.27 acre tract <br />located immediately west of Oakridge subdivision, located on -the <br />west side of Old Dixie Highway south of Oslo Road. The <br />subdivision plat dedicates all roads, and drainage and utilities <br />easements and facilities to the County. <br />The applicant, John Rexford, on behalf of Oakridge Investments, <br />Inc., is now requesting final plat approval and has submitted: <br />1. a final plat that is in conformance with the approved <br />preliminary plat, <br />2. an executed warranty/maintenance agreement, <br />3. an executed three -party escrow agreement to secure the <br />maintenance agreement. _ <br />ANALYSIS: <br />The Public Works department has verified that all required <br />subdivision improvements have been properly constructed and are <br />acceptable; and the Utilities department has verified that the <br />water system has been properly constructed and is acceptable. The <br />County Attorney's office has inspected and approved the submitted <br />documents for legal sufficiency. All County requirements <br />regarding final plat approval have been satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: - <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval for the Oakridge Unit 2 subdivision, accept <br />the submitted warranty maintenance agreement, and authorize the <br />Chairman to execute the submitted three -party escrow agreement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously granted <br />final plat approval for Oakridge Subdivision, Unit 2; <br />accepted the submitted warranty maintenance agreement; <br />13 <br />�JUL 11987 <br />BOOK C <br />
