ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />the maintenance agreement with Instrumentation <br />Services, Inc, for a yearly fee of $8,280; authorized <br />Utilities Director Pinto to execute the attached <br />maintenance agreement; and authorized the provision of <br />similar maintenance service on additional components as <br />they are added to the water and wastewater systems; as <br />recommended by staff. <br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT IN ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO <br />THE BOARD <br />M.
