REFERENCES: <br />Public Works Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The County has requested additional Engineering services for the <br />subject project to include the following: <br />V. <br />1) Redesign of the. Super Elevation on Indian River Blvd'- <br />Walmart cost $ 770.00 <br />2) Redesign of U.S. 1 at Indian River Blvd. due to recent <br />pavement widening by Walmart Cost $2,540.00 <br />3) Design of Visita Gardens Wall Extension <br />Cost $800.00 <br />4) Assist in coordination and design of Wall along Fairlane <br />Harbor MHP Cost $500.00 <br />TOTAL $4,610.00 <br />MOMI4EIDATION AND FUNDING <br />Since the above work was not a part of the original scope -of -work <br />for the Engineering Services, staff reccaumnds approval. Funding to be <br />from Funds 304 - Indian River Blvd. South construction account. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />the additional engineering services for Indian <br />River Blvd. South w/Kimley Horn Assoc. as de- <br />scribed above in the amount of $4,610. <br />B.
