<br />Due to a change in material specifications for the 36" storm sewer pipe =
<br />being installed at the FEC railroad along 12th Street, a "no cost" Change
<br />Order is required. '
<br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING -
<br />It is recommended that Change Order No. 8 be approved. No funding
<br />considerations are applicable.
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com-
<br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved
<br />Change Order #8, Indian River Blvd. South, with
<br />Dickerson Florida, Inc. at "no cost."
