Sheriff's Administration Building -_Change Order - IRC 3-7 <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 7/16/87: <br />TO: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS DATE: JULY 11.6, 1987"=- <br />THRU: CHARLES P. BALCZUN <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR <br />FROM: H. T. D <br />OWNER'S AUTHO IZED REPRESENTATIVE <br />SUBJECT: SHERIFF'S ADMINISTRATION BUILDING <br />CHANGE,ORDER - IRC 3-7 <br />Item No. 1 of subject Change Order is necessitated due to previous - <br />Board action to change the confiscated property compound area from <br />grass to a concrete slab. Retention ponds required attention to allow <br />for water run-off. Five Thousand Dollars was included in the budget to <br />complete the work. <br />Item No. 2 is required due to an assumption by maintenance personnel at <br />the Sheriff's Department that certain necessaryitems for the front end <br />alignment equipment was included in the base price. This was not known <br />until ',the vendor received our purchase order. The $2,321.00 for the <br />additional equipment will be taken out of the contingency fund for the <br />project. <br />Staff recommends approval. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />approved Change Order IRC 3-7, as recommended by staff. <br />Q <br />4 19®7 5 BOOK 69 r = 48 <br />
