Prior to the release of the site plan: <br />a. ten feet of right-of-way must be dedicated -for 43rd <br />Avenue. <br />b. the Church must enter into a developer's agreement to <br />construct a 4' wide public sidewalk along 43rd Avenue. <br />Chairman Scurlock opened the Public Hearing and asked if <br />anyone wished to be heard in this matter. There being none, he <br />declared the Public Hearing closed. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously granted <br />special exception approval to the Alliance Church <br />of Vero with the conditions as set out in the above <br />staff recommendation. <br />17 BOOK b X14- <br />
