Off -Street Parking Required: 4 spaces <br />Provided: 4 spaces <br />6. Traffic Circulation: The site will utilize a 22' wide <br />two-way drive to access 16th Avenue. <br />7. Landscape Plan: The landscape plan is in accordance with <br />Ordinance 84-47. <br />8. Drainage Plan: The proposed drainage plan has been approved <br />by the Public Works department. <br />9. Proposed Utilities: The home is currently on city water and <br />private septic. The owner is investigating the feasibility <br />of connecting to the city wastewater treatment system. <br />10. Surrounding Land Uses/Zoning: North: Residential/City of VB <br />South: Residential/RS-6 <br />East: Residential/RS-6 <br />West: ARC Center/RS-6 <br />The proposed site meets the following administrative permit <br />criteria: <br />1. The site plan shall denote the location of all structures, <br />parking facilities, and the circulation plan for all adjacent <br />sites, pursuant to the requirements of Section 23. <br />2. A floor plan showing the location, size, and space uti- <br />lization of each room shall be submitted. <br />3. The applicant shall submit a signed affidavit stating that <br />all applicable regulations of the State of Florida and Indian <br />River County as exist or may hereafter be amended have been <br />satisfied. <br />4. The use shall satisfy all applicable regulations of the State <br />of Florida and Indian River County as currently exist or may <br />hereafter be amended. <br />5. For residential centers, approving body shall determine that <br />the proposed use is compatible with the surrounding neighbor- <br />hood in terms of intensity of land use. <br />6. To avoid unsafe or unhealthy conditions that may be produced <br />by the overcrowding of persons living in these facilities, a <br />minimum floor area per person shall be required. Floor area <br />requirements shall be measured from interior walls of all <br />rooms including closet space. <br />-- Total Interior Living Space. A minimum of two hundred <br />(200) square feet of interior living space shall be <br />provided per facility resident. Interior living space <br />shall include sleeping space and all other interior <br />space accessible on a regular basis to all facility <br />residents. <br />20 <br />
