Administrator Balczun advised that Utilities is <br />reviewing a draft of the final report. <br />7) Sheriff <br />Administrator Balczun advised that this item has been done, <br />and that it was in the budget. <br />8) Salaries <br />Mffi ntstrator Balczun advised that this item has been done. <br />9) Vehicle Allowances <br />Administrato~r—galczun reported that during the budget <br />workshops, Director Baird handed out a list of vehicle <br />allowances, but Chairman Scurlock understood that the Board <br />wanted to see who has these allowances, who does not, and see <br />if in some cases whether a vehicle allowance plus mileage is <br />more appropriate. He stressed that the Board wants to see a <br />list of everyone who is getting a car allowance and a <br />recommendation on whether they should continue to receive an <br />allowance, whether it should be expanded, etc. Commissioner <br />Eggert was especially concerned about the extra mileage that <br />would be involved in Doug Wright's working with the North <br />County Fire District and whether it would be more economical <br />for the Fire District to pay that expense. Administrator <br />Balczun stated that he would check it out. <br />10) Ordinance Changes Affecting R/W Requirements <br />Administrator Balczun did not know if Public Works Director <br />Jim Davis has handled that item as yet. <br />11) Housing Authority Agreement <br />Attorney Vitunac advised that this <br />overdue. The County is following <br />the Housing Authority enough time <br />they are doing so that the County <br />mortgages. <br />item is not really <br />a game plan so as to give <br />to be current with what <br />might not even have to sign <br />12) Computer Study <br />Chairman Scurlock noted that this is the same as Item 6. <br />13) Federal Revenue Sharing List of Capital Projects <br />Administrator Balczun noted that this is the same as Item 1, <br />which will be brought to the Board at next week's meeting or <br />the week after. <br />14) Tracking Station Beach Property <br />ME nistrator Balczun believed that Director Davis reported <br />to the Board last Tuesday that the appraisal is in route. <br />15) Felismere Library Lease <br />Commissioner Eggert admitted that this item is overdue, but <br />felt the lease should be along in a couple of weeks. <br />16) Ordinance - EMS - Certificate of Need <br />Commissioner Eggert stated that we are still in process on <br />this item and changes in the law require us to adopt an <br />ordinance in order to give out certificates of need. <br />17) Primary Care Program <br />irommissioner ggert reported she and Mike Galanis have been <br />working on this item and a panel group has been established. <br />62 <br />
