ON MOTION rby Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 87-117 authorizing proceeding with <br />water improvements in Glendale Lake Estates Sub- <br />division, and authorized the Chairman to execute <br />Work Authorization No. 15 with Masteller & Moler <br />Associates for engineering design services. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87- 117 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN WATER <br />IMPROVIIMENTS IN THE GLENDALE LAKE <br />ESTATES SUBDIVISION, PROVIDING THE TOTAL <br />ESTIMATED COST, METHOD OF PAYMENT -OR <br />ASSESSMENTS, NUMBER OF ANNUAL <br />INSTALLMENTS, AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF <br />AREA SPECIFICALLY SERVED. <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Division of Utility Services <br />has received a public improvement petition requesting water <br />improvements within the Glendale Lake Estates Subdivision along <br />47th Avenue and 9th Place; and <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Division of Utility Services <br />recognizes a need for water improvements within the Glendale Lake <br />Estates Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 81-27, the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County is authorized to improve and <br />establish services and water system improvements, and is authorized <br />to provide fpr payment of the whole cost thereof by levying and <br />collecting assessments upon property deemed to benefit by such <br />improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, conceptual design work including cost estimates for - <br />construction of water improvements in the Glendale Lake Estates <br />Subdivision has been completed by the Indian River County Division <br />e <br />of Utility Services and its contracted engineering firm, Masteller #, <br />& Moler Associates, Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, the total estimated cost of the proposed water <br />improvements to the owners of property that will benefit from the <br />project is $40,000.00; and <br />17 ROOK. 69 PAGE 4541 <br />SEP 1 5 <br />�yaa <br />
