<br />Notice of hearing to consider the adoption of
<br />a County ordinance rezoning land hom: CL
<br />Umited Commercial District to CG, General
<br />Commercial District. The subject property is pre- I
<br />.sently owned by Hale Indian River Groves, Inc. I
<br />and is located east of U.S. Highway 1 and south
<br />of 93rd Street.
<br />The subject property Is described as:
<br />Being a parcel of land situated in the
<br />Northwest'/� of Section 28, Township 31
<br />South, Range 39 East, Indian River
<br />County, Florida, and more particularly
<br />described by metes and bounds as fol-
<br />lows: Commence at the southwest cor-
<br />ner of Government Lot 5, Section 21,
<br />Township 31 South, Range 39 East,
<br />'thence run south on the west boundary -
<br />line of the northeast 1/4 of the northwest

<br />A public hearing at which parties in interest
<br />and citizens shall have an opportunity to be
<br />heard, will be held by the Board of County Com-
<br />missioners of Indian River County; Florida, in the
<br />County Commission Chambers of the County
<br />Administration Building, located at 1840 25th
<br />Street, Vero Beach, Florida on Tuesday. Septem-
<br />ber 15, 1987, at 9:05 a.m.
<br />The Board of County Commissioners may
<br />grant a less intense zoning, district than the dis-
<br />trict requested provided it Is within the same
<br />general use category.
<br />Anyone who may wish to appeal any decision
<br />which may be made at this meeting will need to
