Terry C.E.T�EFERENCES: Memo date 9/10/87 to <br />Civil Engineer Ralph N. Brescia <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Due to a revision in the scope of work in Ercildoune Heights <br />Subdivision eliminating a portion of curbing, Change Order #1 has been <br />prepared reducing the contract amount by $5,073.90 resulting in _a <br />contract amount of $9,742.20. <br />Also additional concrete work is required around catch basins and <br />one driveway, Change Order #2 has been prepared increasing the contract <br />amount by $3,140.00, resulting in a contract amount of $12,882.00. <br />RECOMMENDATION & FUNDING <br />It is recomended that Change Orders #1 & #2 be approved. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (3-0) <br />approved Change Orders #1 and #2 on petition paving <br />and concrete work in Ercildoune Heights Subdivision. <br />31 BOOK 69 PAGE 515 <br />SEP 221997 <br />
