<br />That part of the existing Gifford Dock Road lying in the East half of the
<br />southwest quarter of Section 24, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, Indian River
<br />County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of said road in the South 50 feet
<br />and the East 50 feet of the East half of said southwest quarter of Section 24.
<br />REVERTER: Title to the above-described property is held by Grantor by virtue of
<br />an Ordinance abandoning Gifford Dock Road, being Ordinance Number ,
<br />adopted by the Board of County Commissioners, Indian River County, on is
<br />Title to the above-described property will revert to the Grantor upon the
<br />happening of all of the following events:
<br />I. Conveyance to Indian River County by Warranty Deed of a 50 -foot right-of-
<br />way for the relocation of Gifford Dock Road, as described on Exhibit A attached
<br />hereto. Warranties shall not apply to that portion of 45th Street located withi
<br />the proposed right-of-way relocation.
<br />2. Approval of plans for, and construction of, an improved marl road constructe
<br />along the right-of-way, for relocation of Gifford Dock Road, built to standards
<br />specified by the Public Works Department of Indian River County.
<br />Except as otherwise noted, conveyance of the right-of-way for relocation of Giffor
<br />Dock Road shall be by Warranty Deed, free and clear of all encumbrances.

<br />belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim what-
<br />soever of the said first party, either in law or equity, to the only, proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
