WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida has determined that because of the <br />routine nature of the execution of the- order forms <br />it is in the public interest to authorize the Public Works <br />Director to execute the standard order forms without the <br />necessity of bringing these matters to the attention of the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River 'County, <br />Florida; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County hereby authorizes the <br />Indian River County Public Works Director to execute <br />standard order forms for traffic signal maintenance and <br />operation submitted by the Florida Department of <br />Transportation and concerning Indian River County and the <br />State of Florida road system. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Bird who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Wheeler and, upon being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Absent <br />Vice -Chairman Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Gary C.
