M <br />1.. Within three business days, including today, Friday, <br />October 2, 1987, (telephone notice having been given to the <br />county attorney this morning of this order) this order shall take <br />effect unless the population of the jail is in compliance with <br />the 143 -capacity. _ <br />2. .Thi/sfi:l'order -does not affect the release of any person,. _ <br />who, in the opinion of the staff at the Indian River County <br />Sheriff's Correction Division reasonably appears to present a <br />potential danger to the physical safety';8-f others or the inmate's <br />safety. <br />3. All misdemeanants sentenced to the Indian River County <br />Jail shall be released on reporting Probation for the length of <br />their remaining sentence,' except those serving mandatory jail <br />time. <br />4.
