<br />FOR ISSUANCE OF
<br />INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BONDS -
<br />Public Notice is hereby given that on October
<br />1987, at 9:o5 a.m., the Board of County Com-
<br />ssioners of Indian River County, Florida, will
<br />Bet at the Indian River County Administration
<br />illding, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida,
<br />consider approval of the issuance of not ex-
<br />teding $4,800;000 of Industrial development
<br />venue refunding bonds of Indian River county
<br />be issued for the purpose of loaning the pro -
<br />reds therefrom, or using such proceeds to refi-
<br />ince the acquisition, construction and equip -
<br />ng of a skilled and Intermediate care 91 bed
<br />using home facility, located In Indian River
<br />ounty, Florida, for Florida Convalescent Cen-
<br />rs, Inc., a Florida corporation, which shall be
<br />e principal user of said facility. The industrial
<br />3velopment revenue refunding bonds shall be
<br />'yable solely -from the revenues derived by In -
<br />an River County from the financing agreement
<br />shall enter into with Florida Convalescent Cen-
<br />srs, Inc., or such other agreements as Indain
<br />Iver County shall approve, except to the extent
<br />isy are payable from refunding bonds pro -
<br />weds. Such refunding bonds and the Interest
<br />iereon shall not constitute an Indebtedness or
<br />ledge of the general credit or taxing power of
<br />idian River County or of the State of Florida. Is-
<br />uance of the refunding bonds of Indian River
<br />ounty shall be subject to several conditions, in-
<br />luding satisfactory documentation, and ap-
<br />roval by counsel as to the tax-exempt status of
<br />to interest on the refunding bonds. The afore-
<br />ientioned meeting shall be a public meeting
