41 <br />the County Attorney on the position that we are in now with the <br />existing franchises and what obligation we have. <br />Chairman Scurlock agreed we need a written opinion from the <br />County Attorney. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, the Board unanimously agreed to table <br />until Director Pinto can contact Camp, Dresser & McKee <br />and come back to the Board next Tuesday with a time <br />schedule, scope of work, proposed, cost, etc., for a <br />study on both residential and commercial needs as <br />discussed and also directed the County Attorney to <br />supply a written opinion re our obligation as re- <br />lated to the existing franchises.. <br />Bill Koolage, interested citizen, believed this was a public <br />hearing and felt the public and applicants should be allowed to <br />speak so their questions could be incorporated in the proposed <br />study. <br />The Chairman informed him that the matter has been tabled <br />until next week's meeting, and any information anyone wishes to <br />present in the meantime may be given to the utility staff. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - BOND REFUNDING FLORIDA CONVALESCENT CENTERS <br />The hour of 9:05 o'clock A.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to -wit: <br />29 <br />�ool< 69 FArN 671 <br />
