It is <br />a 20 acre parcel which basically has been bisected. The north 10 <br />acres they are utilizing as a buffer to the residential on the <br />north, but the frontage on SR60 they wish to have included within <br />the Commercial/Industrial node. He advised that he is available <br />to answer any questions as is the president of the corporation. <br />Chairman Scurlock believed this gives us some transition <br />between residential and commercial, and Director Keating <br />confirmed that it does. <br />The Chairman determined that no one further wished to be <br />heard and thereupon declared the public hearing closed. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously (4-0) approved <br />transmittal of the above request to the DCA as recom- <br />mended by staff. <br />_ 3 3 Boa 69 F,nur 806 <br />0 <br />7 19 <br />L <br />
