Wingers REFERENCES: woodlands <br />Staff Planner BWIEG2 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of November 3, 1987. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Woodlands Subdivision is a 55 lot subdivision located on the north <br />side of lst Street S.W., to the east of the Meadows Subdivision. <br />The subject property is ±19.0 acres in size. The zoning classi- <br />fication of the site is RS -6, Single -Family Residential (up to 6 <br />units/acre). Its land use designation is LD -2, Low -Density <br />Residential (up to 6 units/acre).
