Wieger. tl,/ REFERENCES: vista villas <br />Staff Planner BWIEG2 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of November 17, 1987. <br />DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION: <br />Vista Villas Unit 1 is a 6 lot fee simple townhouse subdivision on <br />a ±1.4 acre parcel of property located adjacent to the Vista <br />Gardens Development. The subject property is zoned RM -10 <br />(Residential Multi -family up to 10 units/acre) and has an MD -2 <br />(Medium Density up to 10 units/acre) land use designation. The <br />proposed building density is ±4.3 units/acre. <br />At their regular meeting of October 23, 1986, the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission granted preliminary plat approval for a 24 unit <br />fee simple townhouse subdivision on a ±4.72 acre parcel. Vista <br />Villas Unit 1 is the first phase of the overall project. The <br />owner, Vista Properties of Vero Beach, Inc., is now requesting <br />final plat approval for Vista Villas Unit 1, and has submitted: <br />1. a final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary <br />plat; <br />4 <br />
