ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Eggert, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 87-145 releasing the southerly 3 feet <br />of the northerly 10 foot utility easement of Lot 21, <br />Block E, Seagrove Subdivision, Unit 6, as requested <br />by James & Elizabeth Callahan. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 37-14 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN <br />EASEMENTS IN THE SEAGROVE <br />SUBDIVISION UNIT 6. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as <br />described below, and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves <br />no public purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian <br />River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero <br />Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to James E.
