Utilities: County water and wastewater utilities will serve <br />the site. The Utilities Department has no objection to site <br />plan approval. Pursuant to a requirement by the Environ- <br />mental Health Department, the applicant has agreed to install <br />a grease trap. <br />9. Improvements and Dedications: Off-site water and wastewater - <br />service improvements will be provided, and 20' of additional <br />43rd Avenue right-of-way will be dedicated in accordance with <br />the Thoroughfare Plan. <br />10. Drainage: The County Engineer has issued a -_Type "A" storm - <br />water management permit for development of -the proposed <br />stormwater management system. <br />11.
