Building Director Ester Rymer advised that although Mr. <br />Harris was in the office earlier this morning and is in the <br />process of applying for a permit to demolish these structures, <br />she would like authorization from the Board to demolish these <br />structures just in case this matter bogs down again because she <br />has been working on this for several years. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />declared the buildings located on Lots 211 and <br />212 of Block 15 in Geoffrey Subdivision as unsafe <br />structures and a nuisance, and order the buildings <br />demolished by the County Road and Bridge Department, <br />as recommended by Building Director Rymer in the above <br />memo. <br />AWARD OF CONTRACT__ COURTHOUSE_ SPACE NEEDS STUDY <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 1217187: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners DATE: December 7, 1987 FILE: <br />SUBJECT: AWARD OF CONTRACT - <br />COURTHOUSE SPACE NEEDS <br />ANALYSIS <br />FROM: Charles P.
