DISCUSSION OF PHASE It OF THE JAIL - ARCHITECT AND CONTRACTOR Administrator Balczun reported that representatives of Frizzell Architects and Schopke Construction are present today in order to keep the Board informed of the problems with Phase II of the Jail and why it is not yet open, Dalas Disney of Frizzell noted that Mr. Schopke is involved with the day to day activities, and he would prefer that Mr. Schopke speak first and explain why the building is not open, after which he would like to be allowed to address the Commission with a list of three options. Mr. Schopke wished to make the point that they did not have approval to obtain all the electronics equipment until May of 1987 and had a completion date in June, 1987, which did not seem 84
