Chairman Scurlock noted that The Moorings did not have any <br />projects listed for this year, and Public Works Director Jim <br />Davis advised that they have not heard anything from Moorings <br />Attorney Dorothy Hudson or the property association as to their <br />paving needs. <br />Chairman Scurlock felt they may not have contacted us since <br />they thought they were going to be annexed into the City, and <br />suggested that we contact them and assure them that we are happy <br />to have them in the county and will do what we can to make sure <br />that services are provided to that part of the community. He <br />emphasized that The Moorings make up approximately 18% of our <br />total municipal service fund. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />staff's recommendation as set out in the above memo. <br />BUDGET AMENDMENT - COUNTY JAIL PHASE 11 - RECORDKEEPING SERVICES <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 12/16/87: <br />TO: <br />Mr. Charles P.
