Bair <br />OMB Director <br />DESCIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The Board of County Commissioners awarded a bid for a security <br />system to be installed in the County Administration Building to <br />Sonitrol. The project was funded in the 1986/87 budget year, but due <br />to delays was not completed. Work is still being performed and the <br />estimated cost was $6,794.00 which will need to be paid when the <br />project is complete. The following budget amendment appropriates <br />funds in the 1987/88 fiscal year. <br />Revenue <br />Account Number <br />001-000-389-040.00 <br />Expense <br />001-220-519-066.39 <br />Account Name <br />Increase Decrease <br />Cash Forward -Oct. 1st $6,794.00 0 <br />Other Improvements <br />Except Buildings $6,794.00 0 <br />RECOMP'ENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve Budget <br />Amendment Number 020. <br />Commissioner Eggert asked when this would be completed, and <br />questioned the status of a punch system for the lock on the back <br />door to the Commission offices. <br />Administrator Balczun reported that <br />are installed and the entry key pads are <br />trying to determine who is going to have <br />the building. <br />Commissioner Wheeler asked if the security system monitors <br />the internal monitors <br />installed.
