1. use of mobile homes for display outside of mobile home parks, <br />2. use of model mobile homes for sales/information offices <br />outside of mobile home parks, <br />3. appropriate zoning district(s) for sales of mobile home <br />trailer units, and <br />4. appropriate site and land use criteria regulating sales of <br />mobile home trailer units. <br />If expedient, staff would also like to use the opportunity of <br />amending the code for mobile home regulations to also address some <br />minor items that have arisen since the last code amendments. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Planning staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners <br />authorize staff to advertise' for ordinance amendments regarding <br />use and sale of mobile homes outside of mobile home parks. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Bowman being temporarily delayed), <br />authorized staff to advertise for ordinance amendments <br />regarding use and sale of mobile homes outside of <br />mobile home parks. <br />B. Budget Amendment 017 - Computer for Engineering <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 1/18/88: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: January 18, 1988 <br />SUBJECT: COMPUTER FOR ENGINEERING - <br />BUDGET AMENDMENT p17 <br />FROM: Joseph A. Baird <br />OMB Director <br />DESCIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the purchase of a <br />computer for the Engineering Department in the 1986/87 budget <br />year. A purchase order was issued and the computer was ordered; <br />however, it was not delivered until after October 1, 1987 <br />requiring it to be paid from the 1987/88 fiscal year.
