FL 32960 <br />Dear Dr. Burns: <br />&meom Telephone 424-1011 <br />This letter constitutes authorization by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County to the School District <br />of Indian River County to use the 16th Street Recreation <br />Complex Parking Lot (located north of 16th Street east of <br />20th Avenue) for student parking between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 <br />p.m., subject to the following conditions: <br />1. This authorization is valid for one year from this date <br />and may be renewed at the option of the County at one-year <br />intervals. <br />2. The School District of Indian River County agrees to <br />indemnify and hold the County harmless from any damage, <br />injury, or action whatsoever arising directly or indirectly <br />from use of the property by the School District or its <br />students. <br />3. The School District will maintain and make any and all <br />repairs necessary to the property. <br />4. If it becomes necessary to employ enforcement personnel <br />to control pedestrian crossing as a result of the School <br />District's use of the subject parking lot, the School <br />District will make all necessary arrangements for and <br />underwrite all costs associated with such enforcement. <br />5. The School District will implement and bear the costs of <br />any ch ••lges in ingress and egress to the parking lot which <br />may h/• .necessitated. <br />6.
