Assignment of Sebastian Library Lease <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 2/1/88: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Sharon Phillips Brennan <br />Assistant County Attorney <br />DATE: February 1, 1988 <br />SUBJECT: Assignment of Sebastian Library Lease <br />The Board previously approved the assignment of this lease <br />and the City of Sebastian has requested two minor changes <br />which have been approved for legal sufficiency. The changes <br />are: <br />1. Delete paragraph 24, concerning two options to renew the <br />lease for a period of five years each. <br />2. At paragraph 4, add "The premises are leased to be <br />solely used as a public library." <br />The revised assignment is presented today for Board <br />approval. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously <br />approved the Assignment of Sebastian Library <br />Lease and authorized the Chairman's signature. <br />ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE <br />BOARD <br />14 <br />
