out that. when you have an approach to a 4 -way stop with more than <br />two lanes, it becomes extremely confusing for the cars. <br />William Koolage, interested citizen, felt that the cause of <br />many of the accidents at this intersection is that the 45 mph <br />speed limit on 8th Street is too much for a narrow road. He <br />believed that speed limit should be. reduced. <br />Chairman Scurlock requested that the Transportation Planning <br />Committee look into Mr. Koolage's suggestion. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously accepted <br />the four items on the Transportation Planning Committee <br />.
