Chairman Scurlock wanted to state right up front that this Commission is not considering today giving up any rights to Jungle Trail. That is not even up for debate today. There is no intention for this Commission to consider the remote possibility of abandoning any right to Jungle Trail. He wanted that to be very clear as he realized there was a lot of concern in the community about this matter. Chairman Scurlock announced that all petitions and letters that have been received and will be presented this morning are being made part of the official record of this meeting and will be put on file in the Office of the Clerk to the Board.
