Wiegers river REFERENCES: river club <br />Staff Planner BWIEG <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of March 15, 1988. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />River Club subdivision is a proposed 71 lot subdivision of a <br />±179.25 acre tract located between U.S. #1 and the proposed Harbor <br />Center area of the Grand Harbor project; and is accessed from U.S. <br />#1 by 53rd Street. The subdivision plat will cover the entire <br />±179.25 acre River Club tract which is part of the Grand Harbor <br />D.R.I. The River Club tract is not part of the Grand Harbor PRD, <br />and is being developed via a site plan for the River Club golf <br />course, and via this final plat. The area covered by the golf <br />course development is ±144.25 acres; the area covered by the <br />single-family, River Club subdivision development is ±35 acres. <br />The subject property is zoned RS -6 (Single Family Residential up <br />to 6 units/acre) and RM -6 (Multiple Family Residential up to 6 <br />units/acre), and has an MD -1 (Medium Density Residential up to 8 <br />units/acre) land use designation.
