At its regular meeting of May 14, 1987, the <br />Commission granted preliminary plat approval <br />The owner, River Club of Indian River, Inc. <br />final plat approval and has submitted: <br />1. A final plat in conformance with the <br />plat. <br />Planning and Zoning <br />to the subdivision. <br />, is now requesting <br />approved preliminary <br />ANALYSIS: <br />All required improvements have been constructed, and have been <br />inspected and approved by the Public Works and Utilities <br />Department. The final plat is in conformance with the approved <br />preliminary plat:and all requirements for final plat approval have <br />been satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval to the River Club Subdivision. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Bird, the Board unanimously granted Final <br />Plat Approval to River Club Subdivision (Grand Harbor) <br />(14) Environmntl System Serv. R. FRIZZELL, ARCHITECTS - <br />PHASE II JAIL <br />THROUGH: Joseph A. Baird <br />OMB Director <br />FROM: Leila Miller <br />Budget Analyst <br />DESCIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />W. R. Frizzell, Architect for the Indian River County Jail, <br />hired Environmental System Services to perform test and balance <br />surveys. Frizzell has now presented the County with an invoice <br />for $4,125, of which $3,300 is due to Environmental System <br />Services Inc. and $825 is due to Frizzell (under the terms of the <br />contract Frizzell is entitled to a fee of 25% of the billing for <br />obtaining an outside consultant). <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />According to H. T. "Sonny" Dean, Owner's Representative at <br />the project, the work performed by Environmental System Services <br />Inc. has been carried out in a satisfactory manner.
